Contract Details
Full‑time, averaging 35 hours per week plus rostered Sundays. Roster includes Earlies, Lates & Nights – 24‑hour coverage.
Key Information
As the Station Team Leader / Supervisor you will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service each and every time. You will lead a team of up to 15, providing support and development to enable them to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of up to 15 members, providing guidance and development.
- Be visible and anticipate customer needs to meet expectations, serving as the first point of contact for customers.
- Cover the Station Manager position when required.
- Manage a 24‑hour operation, ensuring reliable service across varied shift times.
- Stand for long periods, work weekends and bank holidays, and maintain platform safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to engage, lead and motivate a team.
- Proactive approach with passion for supporting and developing team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills; role model behaviour.
- Experience managing customers effectively in difficult environments.
- High numerical ability.
- Must live in the local area and have independent transport to accommodate variable shift times.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated in application and assessment.
- Confidence to make customer‑focused decisions and follow instructions effectively.
