Retail Property Manager – Monument PlaceGreat opportunity to recruit a Retail Property Manager based at Monument Place, near London Bridge We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Retail Property Manager who will manage, enhance and optimise revenue for a segment of GTR's commercial properties, selecting tenants in accordance with the commercial property strategy, negotiating new agreements and renewals, dealing with landlord and tenant matters, handling evictions and effectively managing financial performance. If you have the following we would love to hear from you:- At least 12 months practical experience of commercial property management in a highly regulated transport environment An in-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant matters We're passionate about having a diverse workforce. We want enthusiastic individuals with great interpersonal skills from all backgrounds to apply for this position and particularly would like to hear from women and those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.
