Retail Change Support – Go-Ahead House (East Croydon)

Currently looking to recruit a Retail Change Support Lead who will be based at Go Ahead House however, there will be extensive travel across the GTR network.
Job Purpose
Working as part of The Retail Change Team to facilitate Change initiatives across GTR\’s. The primary role of the Retail Change team is to support new digital and smart media initiatives into the business so that it becomes \’business as usual\’ for our frontline teams.
This is achieved by the Change Lead role providing onsite and remote support, guidance and training/coaching/mentoring.
Key change programmes the team have been involved in include the introduction of the key smartcard across GTR, the ticket vending machine replacement programme, replacing ticket issuing systems in ticket offices, introducing STNR as well as many other initiatives to improve systems and ways of working to improve efficiency and working practices.
