The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who can:

  • Ensure sufficient Train Crew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
  • Work with a team of Resource Managers where necessary to ensure that any shortfalls are avoided, balancing resources through other provisions.
  • Ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations at relevant depots that will provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.

Accessibility: 37 hour week but you must be able to work variable shifts:

  • Earlies: 07:00 - 14:00
  • Lates: 14:00 - 23:00
  • Nights: 23:00 - 07:00
