Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities. Build strong relationships across the business to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, project delivery methods, and operational performance. Champion Lean and continuous improvement principles. Use data and performance insights to influence decision-making and deliver measurable improvements.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure projects are delivered in line with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Conduct project audits, inspections, and assurance activities. Promote a strong safety culture throughout project delivery.
- Reporting & Governance: Produce clear project updates and performance reports. Monitor project KPIs, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones. Present progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About You: You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering results. You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading engineering, manufacturing, fleet, infrastructure, or operational projects
- Strong project planning and delivery experience, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
