We are currently recruiting for a Train Presentation Duty Team Leader based in Bedford Carriage Sidings.

The Role
- To ensure the delivery of excellent standards of train presentation for trains at your location through leading, directing and motivating a team of train presentation team members to achieve targets and deliver required standards of cleaning
- To carry out cleaning duties to a high standard, in accordance with GTR Train Presentation standards demonstrating leadership by example..
- To fulfil the role of site person in charge as required
- Ensure any faults or acts of vandalism are recorded and reported to the Fleet Operations Planners, Duty Leaders or Train Presentation Manager as appropriate using the appropriate defect reporting procedure.
- Monitor performance levels of your team and ensure that all work undertaken complies with company quality standards recommending and implementing corrective action where work carried out does not meet required standards. Carrying out auditing when required.
