You'll be the go-to expert for recruitment strategy - crafting engaging job adverts, leveraging social media and direct sourcing, and advising on selection methods including assessment centres and psychometric testing. What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Advising stakeholders on attraction and selection strategies, including competency-based interviews, assessment centres, and psychometric testing.
