We are looking for Shunter Drivers to join our team at Selhurst Depot. This operational role is vital for keeping trains moving safely and efficiently. You will need great attention to detail, a calm approach under pressure, and clear communication skills, as radio use is constant and safety is at the heart of everything we do. Previous railway experience is not required – just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
