This role will contribute to the design, delivery, and implementation of GTR's total reward and recognition strategy. The role is responsible for the delivery of a full range of cyclical and BAU reward management activities including annual pay compensation processes and developing and maintaining pay structures. This role will also deliver our employee recognition schemes such as Star Awards and our long service awards.

Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of GTR's total reward and recognition strategy by defining underlying reward principles, developing cost-benefit analysis, and leading implementation projects.
- Manage collective grade, management and admin pay awards and senior manager bonus processes including remuneration benchmarking, performance assessment, managing Executive team sign-off, and implementing decisions.
- Develop and maintain base pay structures that ensure market alignment, support GTR's organisational structure, and support future organisational changes and transformation programmes.
- Analyse information from external benchmarking exercises, compare information against internal practices, and as a subject matter expert, make recommendations and provide guidance to the People Business Partner team and the wider business.
- Ensure the successful delivery of key reward, compensation, benefits including pensions, and recognition processes.
