As the Revenue Protection Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing data to support decision-making in revenue protection, fare evasion, and fraud. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
By delivering high-quality analysis, you will enable proactive interventions to strengthen revenue protection, reduce revenue at risk, and improve performance. You will work closely with the Customer Service Delivery (CSD) team to achieve strategic objectives such as delivering excellent service, increasing customer numbers, working efficiently, and managing costs.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accountancy, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in revenue analysis, preferably in transportation
- An understanding of factors contributing to revenue loss and at-risk revenue
