We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who can:
- Ensure sufficient Train Crew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
- Work with a team of Resource Managers where necessary to ensure that any shortfalls are avoided by balancing resources through other provisions.
- Ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
- Work within a team of Resource Managers, managing the day-to-day operations at relevant depots that will provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.
Accessibility: 37 hour week but you must be able to work variable shifts: Earlies 07:00-14:00 / Lates 14:00-23:00 / Nights 23:00-07:00

- High IT literacy interpreting data and understanding trends including use of Trust, Sheila, Bugle, Genius, MS Office suite.
