As the Production Leader you will manage and motivate your team to ensure they work together safely and effectively to meet the daily depot activities to achieve a timely rolling stock delivery to the required standards and specifications. Knowledge and experience will be required for this role.
You will have experience in handling and directing the day to day activities of a team, so we will expect you to have first-rate people management involvement but also excellent interpersonal skills with an innate ability to build constructive relationships with people at all levels. We would like someone who can create an open and honest culture /environment within our engineering organisation to increase employee engagement levels to produce a high performing team.
