An exciting opportunity to recruit a Performance Analyst based at Monument Place. We are looking for someone who can provide meaningful insight, analysis and reports for all GTR stakeholders and external partners. To drive performance improvement through providing and improving reports, identification and analysis of key trends. Use of statistical techniques to forecast performance metrics, and measure predicted improvements and benefits realisation.

Job Requirements

  • Existing experience in an analytical role or education.
  • Mathematics, computer science or equivalent A-Level or above desirable but not essential with experience.
  • Proven experience in the use of Power BI (or equivalent), with demonstrated working knowledge of data modelling structure, techniques and data relationships.
  • Proven experience in the presentation of insight and intelligence, with a focus on analysis of data and trends.
  • Advanced Excel experience, including knowledge of data analytic techniques including target setting and forecasting.
  • Rail experience is desirable.
