We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of infrastructure, facilities, and plant operations across our costal Depots, with a key focus on Selhurst supporting the wider Brighton network. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly influence safety, performance, and the efficiency of one of the UK's busiest rail operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading all infrastructure and facilities activity across the depot environment
  • Managing and developing Team Leaders, in-house teams, and specialist contractors
  • Ensuring full compliance with safety legislation, standards, and company policies
  • Driving delivery of maintenance plans through the Infrastructure Asset Maintenance system
  • Procuring and overseeing third-party contracts to deliver high-quality services
  • Partnering with engineering and operational teams to optimise depot performance

What You'll Bring

  • Chartered status in a relevant discipline (e.g. Building, Facilities Management)
  • Solid experience within the rail industry
  • At least 5 years in infrastructure, maintenance, or facilities management
  • A strong track record of leading teams in complex environments
