At Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) we are looking for passionate and driven Heads of Stations to lead station operations across our Southern and Gatwick Express networks, based at East Croydon . In this critical leadership role, you will provide strong, senior-level leadership and direction across the Stations teams — delivering high standards, efficiency, and innovation, while role modelling GTR\’s values and behaviours. You\’ll be accountable for creating and sustaining a functional, high-performing culture , where our customer, revenue, and safety priorities are central to every decision. Through strong collaboration with other senior leaders and stakeholders, you\’ll lead the development and execution of plans that continuously enhance the customer experience, drive KPI performance , and improve service quality at our stations.
