Exciting opportunity to recruit an EUC Support Team Leader based East Croydon
Principal Accountabilities
- Team leader responsibilities of 4 EUC Support Engineers. 2 MDM Engineers & 2 EUC Analysts
- Manage & maintain Queue Management for the team, ServiceNow is our ITSM tool
- Manage & maintain Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML)
- Manage & maintain Asset Management of all End User Assets
- Conduct regular 1-2-1\’s with team members and manage their progression and development
- Support the IT Support Manager in building and maintaining our Knowledgebase Space built in SharePoint, identifying improvements to existing process ensuring that with managerial agreement, these improvements are implemented in line with GTR standards
- Provide hands on / remote support to GTR end users as and when required to support the team
- Maintain strong relations with the ServiceDesk Manager, Team Lead and the ServiceDesk team at Go-Ahead Group, supporting and upskilling to maintain the excellent quality of customer service to GTR\’s end users

The job demands the following blend of experience/knowledge, skills, and behaviours (all are essential, unless otherwise shown and will be assessed by application and/or interview/assessment):
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- ITILv4 Qualified, Foundation level at a minimum
- A recognised qualification in I.T. β COMPTIA A+, MCSA, MCSE or MCITP
- Logical thinking ability with a solid problem-solving approach
- Superb organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Windows 11
- Excellent cloud architecture knowledge
- Excellent Knowledge of Windows Active Directory/AAD
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (All products, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Office Suites)
- Excellent Knowledge of Intune
- Excellent Knowledge of Autopilot
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Technical awareness of IT server infrastructure
