Are you a reliable, safety-conscious driver with recent experience behind the wheel of a manual van? Do you take pride in providing vital logistical support that keeps everything running smoothly? If so, we\’d love to hear from you.
As a Distribution Driver, you\’ll play a key part in supporting our Teams, ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently collected and delivered between offices and various sites. This is a hands-on, physically active role where your ability to think ahead, stay safe, and be adaptable will make a real difference every day.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide effective and reliable logistical support across stations and accommodations.
- Safely and efficiently drive manual fleet vehicles across a wide geographical area.
- Collect, deliver and replenish materials, tools, and plant equipment as required.
- Adhere to all health & safety legislation and company standards, with a focus on personal and public safety.
- Share observations, issues, and ideas for improvement with your Team Leader or Manager.
- Tackle a wide variety of tasks with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Please note: This is a 37-hour working week role, however some early starts will be required to ensure timely arrival at sites across the London area. A flexible approach to working hours is essential to meet operational demands.
Ideally, candidates will be based within approximately one hour\’s drive of Letchworth to support reliable and timely travel to sites.
