We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can:

  • Ensure sufficient Train Crew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
  • Work with a team of Resource Managers where necessary to ensure that any shortfalls are avoided, balancing resources through other provisions.
  • Ensure that the crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
  • Manage day-to-day operations at relevant depots to provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.
