This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking experienced, competent operators who can safely and confidently operate modern agricultural machinery from day one.

What You'll Be Working On
- Hedge and verge maintenance on public highways
- Grassland management
- Public rights of way maintenance
- General farming operations
- Agricultural construction projects
- Forestry and land management work
What You'll Do
- Operate machinery including JCB Fastracs, Fendt Tractors, Excavators, Dumpers, Telehandlers, Compact Tractors, Chainsaws and Mowers
- Carry out rural contracting and land-based work to a high standard
- Maintain machinery and equipment safely and responsibly
- Work independently and as part of a professional team
- Deliver quality workmanship and excellent service on every project

- Average overtime earnings of £8,500 - £10,000 per year (based on approximately 500 hours annually)

- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 1 year of large agricultural tractor driving experience (required)
- Must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of previous tractor driving experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work
- Ability to work professionally and represent the company positively
- 360 Excavator experience
- Previous rural contracting experience
- Agricultural, forestry or land-based background
Overtime is available throughout the year and provides an excellent opportunity to increase annual earnings.
