About Your Future

As a Trainee Driver, you won’t just learn the ropes—you’ll learn from the best. You’ll be paired with experienced in‑house Transport Supervisors and Mentors who’ll guide you every step of the way, sharing all the insider know‑how—from mastering daily safety checks and getting to know your vehicle inside out, to confidently navigating customer sites and making smooth, professional deliveries. And most importantly, they’ll show you how to do it all while making sure you get Home, Safe and Well, every single day.

By the end of your journey, you won’t just have experience—you’ll have your CPC licence in your pocket and a clear road ahead with Breedon. That means the opportunity to stay, grow, and build a long‑term career with us.

You’ll start with a salary of £31,700, rising to £35,800 once you’ve completed your training—because we believe in recognising your progress as you power up your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Qualifications / Entry Requirements

Applicants must be 18 or over and have a minimum of 12 months UK driving experience, and as a minimum have: Category B licence.
