About The Role

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Minimum Apprenticeship Wage

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be part of the team supporting customers with enquiries for home removals, commercial moves, international removals, storage and related services. You’ll learn how to communicate professionally with customers, understand their needs, provide accurate information, book appointments and work closely with internal teams to help deliver a smooth and reliable service. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking to people, organised, eager to learn and keen to build a long‑term career in customer service, sales support, removals, logistics or operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers
  • Support customers with questions about removals, storage and relocation services
  • Book moving surveys, call‑backs and customer appointments
  • Gather accurate customer information and update internal systems
  • Provide clear and professional communication throughout the customer journey
  • Support the sales and operations teams with quotes, bookings and follow‑ups
  • Liaise with colleagues to help resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
  • Help ensure customers receive a friendly, reliable and professional service
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a calm and helpful manner
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and the wider team
