Show Your Problem-Solving Skills

Prepare examples of past experiences where you've diagnosed and rectified faults. Think about challenges you've faced in previous roles or during your training, and be ready to explain how you tackled them. This will demonstrate your decision-making abilities.

Communicate Clearly

Effective verbal and written communication is key in this role.
