Job Role: Full Time Position - Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

To provide the highest quality of service to the customer by completing all training provided and gaining a good knowledge of our Renault, Dacia & Nissan operating systems. To assist with all daily tasks for the department to function at a high level. To assist the department in reaching targets and goals. To gain a great parts knowledge to provide the best service for trade/retail. To assist with phone office, back counter, serving our busy workshop and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

  • To implement the standards and procedures of the Dealership and ensure the delivery of a consistently high quality of service to the customer.
  • To ensure all parts duties are completed to the customer’s expectation, efficiently, to the highest standard of quality.
  • To keep the place of work in a tidy and clean condition, ensuring at all times the Health and Safety of you and other employees is not compromised.
  • Reporting any safety related matters to the Health and Safety Representative or management, which you feel may affect the health and or safety of any member of staff.
  • To be adaptable to a changing industry.
  • To maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of the Parts department.
  • To attend any training courses, as directed by the Management.
  • To take full part in all activities designed to complement the training procedures planned for the apprentice.
  • Keep up with all our operating systems for new models (Renault, Dacia & Nissan).
  • Any other adhoc duties in line with reasonable management requests.
  • To comply with the company GDPR Policy at all times when processing data.
  • To attend all mandatory training as identified by the company.
