GTG Training is seeking an experienced Logistics Development Coach to manage the learner journey from induction to end-point assessment.
You will deliver classroom and one-to-one coaching in the apprentice’s workplace, and act as the primary contact for learners, mentors and employers.
This role focuses on high-quality coaching, IAG, and progress tracking within the logistics sector, requiring strong communication, organisational and data analysis skills.
Travel within the UK will be required.
