Renault & Dacia in Letchworth are a family‑owned and operated business, founded in 1974, with excellent customer service at the heart of everything they do and are currently seeking an apprentice to join their well‑established team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Parts Advisor to begin their career in the motor industry, gaining hands‑on experience within a supportive and experienced dealership environment and to achieve a Level 2 Trade Supplier qualification.
Position: Part/ Trade Supplier Apprenticeship - Renault & Dacia Letchworth
Location: Letchworth
Monday to Friday 40 hour week plus and include every other Saturday morning 8.00am -12.30pm
APPRENTICE LEVEL: Level 2 Qualification in Trade Supplier
DURATION: 15 Months including EPA.
This dedicated 15 month programme is delivered with GTG and will help you build your knowledge and skills to become a great Parts Advisor. You’ll learn how to give a great customer experience, ordering parts to customers, processing returns and payments and carrying out stock checks.
With this Parts/ Trade Supplier apprentice, you’ll get involved in everything we do and gain lots of hands-on experience throughout your apprenticeship.
What does a Parts/ Trade Supplier do?
- Helps customers order the right parts for their vehicle, face to face and over the phone
- Give quotes for parts
- Help solve any customer problems
- Process sales transactions, including raising invoices and credits for goods supplied and handling returns
- Co-ordinate with other departments, such as the service desk and the workshop
- Compile parts from job cards for repairs being carried out in the workshop.
- Ensures they have current product knowledge

What Qualifications are Required?
Minimum 5 National 5s (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths
