We're recruiting for an Apprentice Digital Application Support Administrator to support our day-to-day operations at GTG.

What We Offer

  • £7.75 per hour.
  • A mentor to support you in the workplace.
  • Help to achieve your driving licence in your second year of training with free lessons and two attempts at your test.

Full time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)

About The Role

Working within the funding team at GTG, you will become an expert in the use of various systems we use to carry out the day-to-day operations within GTG, while providing wider support to the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital systems and is ready to kick-start their career and earn while they learn.

Day-to-day operations

  • Assist with the maintenance of the GTG SharePoint site.
  • Support the use of the digital systems available within GTG.
  • Develop support guides for the systems that we use.
  • Assist with the administration of our SDS funding contract.
  • Assist with registrations and certification with awarding bodies.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • A high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to work under own initiative.

Nice To Have But Not Essential

  • Familiar with the use of Office 365.
