GTG Wolverhampton is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead & Inclusion Specialist to uphold learner safety and success across the provision, with a focus on 16–18 learners and those with additional needs.

You will identify barriers early, plan effective support, and drive strong progress from onboarding to positive destinations.

You will work with learners, employers, and staff to create safe, inclusive environments where all learners achieve and sustain employment outcomes.
