About the Role
Based in our Evesham Autocentre, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning how to inspect, service, maintain, diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles. No two days are the same, with exposure to modern technologies, diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a career in the motor industry.
Working Hours
5-day working week
40 hours (under 18s) / 44 hours (18+)
Autocentre opening hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Training & Qualifications
You'll work towards:
Training includes workplace safety, vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and electrical systems, supported by dedicated GTG and Halfords mentors.
Entry Requirements
Qualifications
GCSE Level 5 or above or equivalent in Maths and English(or equivalent)
Skills & Qualities
Passion for vehicles and mechanical work
Practical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork
Organised with good attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Customer-focused approach
