This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer, delivering commercial rooftop solar PV installations across mainland UK. The role involves working away Monday to Friday, with regular travel to project sites nationwide.

They will ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with RAMS, UK health & safety regulations, and project drawings/specifications.
Quality control is a key responsibility. The Lead Installer will complete on-site checks, identify and resolve installation issues, maintain high workmanship standards, and ensure works are ready for inspection and sign-off. They will also provide daily progress updates, report issues, and liaise with senior management to ensure smooth project delivery.
