Gtechniq is a premium performance brand trusted by enthusiasts and professionals worldwide. Our Marine and Bike categories represent the next phase of growth, with significant opportunity to define how these brands are positioned, launched and scaled globally across D2C, professional and B2B channels.
We are looking for a Marine & Bike Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing for these categories. This role combines brand-building and strategic groundwork with hands-on campaign delivery, owning how Marine and Bike show up in market as the categories mature. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role based at our Northampton headquarters, working closely with product development, training, sales and leadership teams, and collaborating with our US Marketing team.
What you'll do:
- Shape and own the Marine and Bike marketing plans, defining audiences, positioning, priority products and key moments
- Build and manage the campaign calendar, balancing brand-building activity with commercial priorities
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to establish clear, credible category stories across owned and paid digital channels
- Lead product launches and early-stage category campaigns, setting standards and best practice as the categories develop
- Define and maintain consistent messaging across D2C, B2B, distributors, training and events
- Develop Marine and Bike communities, using content, partnerships and events to build credibility, engagement and advocacy as the categories grow
- Create and deliver core launch and brand toolkits, including web, email, paid media, training and partner assets
- Build foundational B2B enablement, including sales tools, presentations, comparisons, case studies and merchandising guidance
- Establish a structured approach to distributor and partner co-marketing, including expectations, asset provision and measurement
- Lead marketing input for Marine and Bike events, from objectives and readiness through to follow-up
- Track performance, gather insight and use learning to refine positioning, messaging and execution over time
What we're looking for:
- 4 years experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience delivering strategic marketing in B2B and D2C environments, ideally within developing or growth categories
- Experience building or repositioning brands, product ranges or categories
- Strong campaign and launch management skills
- Experience working with partners, distributors and sales teams
- Confident using CMS (WordPress), HubSpot CRM, email marketing, paid media and analytics tools
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Clear communicator who works well across teams and markets
- A genuine interest in Marine, Cycling, or performance-led enthusiast markets
Why Gtechniq:
This role offers the opportunity to help define what Marine and Bike mean for Gtechniq, not simply maintain what already exists. Based at HQ, you'll work close to decision-making, product development and training, with the scope to build strong foundations and shape how these categories grow. For marketers who enjoy creating clarity, setting direction and turning opportunity into structure, this is a role with real influence.
Benefits we offer you:
- 20 days holiday entitlement, increasing after 3 years service
- Monthly product allowance
- Company pension scheme
- Christmas closure
- Remote GP and physiotherapy services
- Life insurance and critical illness cover after probation
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Annual bonus scheme
- Free fruit, snacks and refreshments along with regular pizza Fridays
- Company events
Due to the high volume of CVs we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
