We\’re looking for Technical Trainers to join our team and provide industry-leading learning experiences tailored to the needs of the mechanical, electrical, renewables and civil engineering sectors. What You\’ll Be Doing: Delivering engaging, high-quality training programs in your background sector expertise with a sector-specific focus to equip learners with practical and relevant skills. Collaborating with the team to develop and refine course content to reflect industry standards and learner needs. Providing expert instruction in your field, ensuring training sessions are interactive, accessible, and impactful. Supporting learners with clear guidance and constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals. Staying updated on industry developments to keep training content current and relevant. What We\’re Looking For: Proven expertise in a sector-specific area (e.g. mechanical, electrical, renewables and civil engineering sectors) and a desire to give back to your sector by delivering high quality training. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Experience in delivering and industry-compliant training is not essential as full training will be provided. Teaching or training qualifications (e.g., PTLLS or equivalent) are desirable but not essential. A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learners and enhancing training delivery.
