At GTEC Training Ltd, part of United Infrastructure, we deliver high-quality technical training and accredited qualifications that support the construction and utilities sectors. As the UK’s leading renewables training provider, with over 15 years’ experience, we equip engineers, tradespeople and contractors with the skills needed to meet the growing demand for low-carbon heat, power and energy infrastructure. We deliver specialist training in heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, solar thermal, biomass, EV charging and energy efficiency retrofit. In addition, we provide EUSR-accredited programmes, First Aid, Working at Height, and other essential health and safety courses that underpin safe and compliant site operations. We are also currently awaiting CITB approval to further expand our accredited construction training offer.

To support continued growth, we are seeking Freelance Technical Trainers across the following specialisms:

  • Renewable
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Civil Engineering

We are particularly interested in trainers able to deliver programmes including:

  • EUSR-accredited programmes (across relevant utilities disciplines)
  • EUSR HSG47 (Avoiding Danger from Underground Services)
  • Confined Spaces Medium also with escape routes
  • First Aid
  • Working at Height
  • CITB SSP courses
  • NOCN Damp and Mould Level 2

Location: Dependent on attendee numbers and delivery requirements; we aim to allocate sessions as close to your home location as possible.
