We are seeking an experienced D365 / Business Central Freelance Trainer to deliver engaging, interactive, and comprehensive training sessions for our clients. You will guide end-users, functional consultants, and IT teams through the functionalities and best practices of D365 Business Central, helping them optimize their processes and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver structured training programs for D365 Business Central, tailored to client needs.
- Conduct both virtual and in‑person training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Prepare training materials, including manuals, exercises, and presentation decks.
- Stay up‑to‑date with new D365/Business Central features, updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with GTEC Training consultants to customize content for specific client requirements.
- Provide post‑training support and guidance to clients when necessary.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central consultant or trainer.
- Deep understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory).
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in designing training programs and educational materials.
- Comfortable delivering training in virtual environments using tools like Teams, Zoom, or similar.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences and varying skill levels.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
- Previous experience training end‑users, consultants, or IT teams.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) as it integrates with Business Central.
