You will provide routine and urgent clinical care for both acute and long term conditions working to local and national guidelines. The daily clinical workload is split equally amongst all clinicians with additional workload kept to a minimum by our excellent care navigation team. The acute home visit demand on the practice is generally low, however you may be required to carry out visits occasionally. Minimal private work required due to outsourcing most non NHS requests. You will be required to actively implement and support the use of digital technologies with patient triage systems and other communication technologies.
