Responsibilities include providing routine and urgent clinical care for both acute and long-term conditions, following local and national guidelines. Work is split equally among clinicians, with minimal additional workload thanks to a care navigation team. Visits to patients may be required occasionally, but private work is minimal due to outsourcing most non-NHS requests. Actively implement and support digital technologies, including patient triage systems and other communication technologies. Attend and play an active role in regular practice and clinical meetings, safeguarding and GSF MDT meetings, and PCN network meetings and projects. Continuously improve standards of care to meet QOF targets and CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) objectives, ensuring they are consistently met. Participate in ongoing personal and professional development, keeping up to date with appraisal and GMC licensing requirements. Serve as a strong, approachable leader who champions practice improvements and provides clear clinical leadership, supporting peers and GP trainees.
