City Health Centre is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our established and supportive clinical team. This is a thriving, forward-thinking practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in our vibrant city centre location on Market Street. We serve a diverse and multicultural population with a strong sense of community. Our patient list is predominantly working-age adults from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds, alongside a growing cohort of older patients. The population presents with varied clinical needs, including mental health, women's health, gender dysphoria, chronic disease management, as well as core general practice care.

We work closely with our Primary Care Network, local providers, and wider gtd teams to deliver holistic care. We utilise an online triage system, with most patients initially assessed by telephone, alongside Enhanced Access Service to 8pm M/F to improve patient access, supporting flexible and effective workload management.
Main duties of the job include providing both routine and urgent care for acute and long-term conditions, working in line with local and national guidelines. You will carry out all relevant medical/clinical appointments including home visits and associated administrative duties within the practice. The role will be at the forefront of delivering an innovative model of primary care service provision operating in partnership with other local gtd practices and the out of hours provider offering integrated primary care services. You will provide medical coverage for the Enhanced Access Service, in agreement with the medical team, which runs to 8pm.
