The predicted salary is between 37035 - 45265 £ per year.

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner working within the Oldham locality you will holistically assess and clinically examine patients with both minor and complex needs.

  • You will have access to pathways and a broad Directory of Services (Do S) along with :
  • Direct access to a wide range of community-based services.
  • Referral rights to SDEC and secondary care.
  • Access to technology to support telephone and video consultations (full induction and training provided).
  • Facilities to see patients face to face (with support if you are expanding your scope of practice).

The service runs from two sites; the Urgent Care Hub in the Integrated Care Centre and our Primary Care Streaming Service within The Royal Oldham Hospital.
