gtd healthcare is seeking a Clinical Practitioner to work on a bank basis at Preston Chorley Urgent Care Centres. The role involves face-to-face and telephone/video assessment, using clinician judgement to deliver safe, effective care and to enable appropriate referrals.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, support CPD and continuous quality improvement, and participate in flexible service delivery across urgent care and primary care settings.
