- Leading projects with autonomy while staying connected to the wider team and Creative Director
- Delivering clean, on-brand, user-focused digital designs across devices
- Collaborating with writers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life
- Updating and refining existing work to meet brand and digital guidelines
- Presenting your work with clarity and purpose – whether to the team or to clients
- Communicating openly and building strong relationships across the studio
What we’re looking for:

- A love for websites and digital experiences – and a portfolio to prove it
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with the Steve Edge Design style
- Attention to detail and a passion for craft
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Confidence in designing UI/UX journeys that are intuitive, elegant, and strategic
- Ability to bring static designs to life through animated prototypes, microinteractions, and motion thinking
- Good understanding of UX methodologies and how they support business and user goals
- A problem-solver’s mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing time across multiple projects
Nice to have:
- Experience in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can streamline creative workflows
- 3D design skills (Cinema 4D, Spline, Blender or similar)
What we offer:
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 23 days with time)
- Office closed over the Christmas period
- Cycle to work scheme
- Pension scheme
- Competitive salary based on experience
