The Role
We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Project Manager to support a high-profile programme based in Corsham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. This role requires a strong all-round Project Manager with experience managing complex delivery environments, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across large programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle
- Manage project governance, planning, controls, and reporting
- Coordinate and support Business Case development (OBC/FBC)
- Manage RAID activities including risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
- Track project milestones, delivery performance, and benefits realisation
- Ensure effective change control processes are in place
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Produce high-quality project documentation and reporting
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery activities
Essential Experience
- Proven Project Management experience within complex environments
- Strong governance, planning, and delivery management capability
- Experience managing RAID logs and risk frameworks
- Experience with OBC/FBC development
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams
- Experience working within structured governance environments
Desirable Experience
- Defence sector experience
- Experience writing review notes or assurance documentation
- Knowledge of Government project delivery methodologies
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an in-date project delivery qualification such as:
- APM Project Fundamentals Qualification
- MSP Foundation
- Equivalent recognised qualification
