We’re supporting a major UK Government digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Workspace Administrator & Remediation Specialist to play a key role in a large-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme, helping deliver and improve digital services at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the go-to expert for migration remediation, ensuring a smooth transition of data and services. Working within a Google Workspace environment, you’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve data challenges, and collaborate with multiple teams to keep the migration on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for migration-related data issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex migration problems
- Working with tools such as GAM and admin consoles to manage and modify data
- Collaborating with migration, delivery, and records management teams
- Supporting document management systems (including AODocs)
- Creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content
- Engaging with stakeholders, including senior users and VIPs
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong experience in 3rd line IT support
- Proven background in data migrations
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and GAM
- Experience managing SaaS platforms (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, or Active Directory
- Familiarity with AODocs or similar document management tools
- Understanding of change management in platform migrations
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
