About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer (G7) to support the continued development and improvement of Security Operations capabilities within a large public sector organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening cyber security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and security automation capabilities. You will help improve the organisation's ability to identify, investigate, and respond to cyber threats while supporting compliance with evolving government security standards. This role provides an opportunity to work on critical services, contributing to improved cyber resilience and the delivery of strategic security objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSIAM to enhance security monitoring and incident response capabilities.
- Develop and maintain security policies, detection rules, and configurations to improve threat identification and response.
