Job Title: Temp Consultant – Driving & Logistics

Location: Bromsgrove (covering Bromsgrove, Redditch, and Warwick)

Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Office-based with 1 day WFH (moving to 2 days remote soon)

Overview:

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Temp Consultant with a background in Driving and Logistics recruitment to join our established team in Bromsgrove. This is an exciting opportunity to inherit a warm desk, with significant potential for further growth and development. You'll be joining a supportive, team of three consultants plus a hands-on Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for temporary roles within the driving and logistics sector.
• Develop and grow a strong client base across Bromsgrove, Redditch, and Warwick.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Attract, register, and place high-quality candidates, ensuring full compliance at every stage.
• Deliver excellent account management and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Participate in the shared on-call rota to support client and candidate needs outside office hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in recruitment (temp sector experience is required).
• Previous experience within the driving/logistics sector is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working to targets.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong compliance focus.
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to client-facing nature of the role.
