We are currently recruiting for two Data Analysts to support a large, complex organisation in Reading. This role will suit analysts who have experience working with HR data, HR systems, and people metrics, rather than purely digital product or marketing analytics.

The successful candidates will play an important role in analysing workforce data, producing management information, and supporting HR operations teams with data-driven insights and reporting. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 1–2 days per week onsite and the remainder remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse HR and workforce data to provide meaningful insights and reporting.
  • Produce management information (MI), dashboards, graphs and reports to support operational decision making.
  • Track and present metrics, trends, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
  • Support quality reviews, audits, and reporting requests within HR operations.
  • Work with HR teams to interpret and communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with process improvements and enhancements to HR systems and reporting.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Active SC Clearance (required).
  • Experience working in an HR or HR operations environment, with exposure to HR data and HR systems.
  • Experience using HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with metrics and workforce data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience producing MI reports, graphs, burn-down metrics, and data quality reporting.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience building dashboards (Power BI or similar).
  • Experience working in secure, government, or highly regulated environments.
  • Understanding of HR policies, processes, and data definitions.

Candidates must hold active SC Security Clearance. Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams. The organisation participates in schemes supporting veterans and candidates with disabilities, and eligible applicants may qualify for a guaranteed interview scheme.
