About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Support Manager to provide operational leadership and people management across a Corporate Support function during a period of organisational transition. This is a key interim role responsible for ensuring the delivery of a consistent, responsive, and high-quality support service. The successful candidate will lead a team of Executive Support Officers and Business Support Officers, providing stability, accountability, and effective day-to-day management. The role will focus on people leadership, operational delivery, workload management, service improvement, and stakeholder engagement, rather than direct executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of Executive Support Officers and Business Support Officers.
  • Take responsibility for team performance, attendance, conduct, capability, and staff development.
  • Manage workloads and priorities to ensure effective delivery of corporate support services.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate resources within a matrix management environment.
  • Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and provide support on operational priorities.
