We are seeking experienced Communications and Engagement Leads to support a high-profile, fast-paced government programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a complex and evolving policy environment, supporting senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality communications across a broad network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic communication and engagement plans aligned to ministerial priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders, translating complex policy into clear stakeholder messaging.
- Review and refine communications materials, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activity and support managers with significant stakeholder portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong cross-government and external relationships.
- Provide light-touch team leadership, including prioritisation and oversight of deliverables.
- Evaluate engagement effectiveness using feedback and insight to drive improvement.
