Your Daily Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a busy hire office, supporting the management team.
- Communicating professionally with customers, handling enquiries, and taking orders.
- Managing all hire processes, including hire contracts, exchanges, and breakdowns, while updating our Hire and CRM systems.
- Providing advice to customers on equipment needs and resolving queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
