About Vodori: Vodori is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company building enterprise-grade, cloud-based software that helps life sciences companies compliantly bring promotional, scientific, and medical content to market faster. With strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Salesforce and IQVIA, a strong direct sales model, and a customer base approaching 100 global life sciences organizations, Vodori plays a critical role in accelerating the delivery of vital drugs, vaccines, medical devices, and diagnostic solutions worldwide.
Vodori's culture is built around:
- Putting the customer first
- Thinking boldly and acting swiftly
- Simplifying complexity
- Supporting each other as a team
All grounded in values of respect, trust, transparency, and humility.
About the Role: As an Implementation Specialist (EMEA), you will play a key role in onboarding and implementing Vodori's SaaS platform for new and existing customers across the European region. You will work closely with life sciences customers, Configuration Specialists, and internal teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into successful platform implementations. This includes guiding customers through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and early product adoption.
The role sits within Vodori's Professional Services team and supports customers ranging from mid-sized organizations to global enterprises. While the team is primarily based in the UK, implementations span across Europe, with occasional travel to customer sites or team meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer-facing delivery, understands how SaaS onboarding works end to end, and wants to grow within a fast-scaling product company operating in a regulated, mission-driven industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and coordinating customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live
- Gathering business and configuration requirements and leading customer implementation meetings
- Translating customer needs into best-practice product configurations in collaboration with Configuration Specialists
- Leading system testing and customer user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Supporting validation activities (including GxP, where applicable)
- Assisting with customer expansions, data migrations, and system integrations
- Managing internal dependencies, delivery risks, and competing priorities
- Advising customers on platform capabilities that support regional regulatory and compliance requirements
- Driving early product adoption and supporting customers through initial rollout
- Planning and supporting delivery of end-user training (remote and occasional in-person)
- Working within EMEA implementation standards while aligning with global delivery processes
With support from the Implementation Lead, EMEA:
- Contributing to customer RFPs and tailored implementation approaches
- Supporting Sales with implementation planning and scoping questions
- Advocating for EMEA customer needs within global teams
Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS implementations, Professional Services, Customer Success, or technical delivery roles
- Experience supporting complex customer implementations in a client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS onboarding and implementation workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across regions
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with life sciences, pharma, or regulated industries
- Exposure to MLR, content management, or compliance-driven platforms
- Experience with data migrations, integrations, or validation processes
- Ability to communicate in languages other than English is a plus
