About the Opportunity
GT Sealants is offering a rare opportunity for experienced mastic/sealant operatives who are ready to step off the tools and move into an office-based contracts and surveying role.
We\'re looking for someone with strong technical sealant experience and the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). This is essential for handling quotations, RAMS, documentation and communication.
Full commercial training will be provided.

Who This Role Is Ideal For
Senior mastic operative / lead applicator
Working foreman or someone already coordinating jobs

Keen to learn pricing, surveying and project management
You don\'t need to be an expert with spreadsheets — just competent, confident and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities (Training Provided Where Needed)Surveying & Pricing
- Attend site visits
- Measure metres/areas accurately
- Help prepare written quotes using Excel
- Identify technical and sequencing issues
Project & Contract Support
- Assist with planning and scheduling operatives
- Handle job paperwork and client communication
- Prepare RAMS, job sheets and simple documentation
- Manage small projects with support
Commercial Progression Path
- Learn basic admin and documentation
- Support surveys and simple quotes
- Manage small projects independently
- Progress to full contract management and surveying responsibilities
What You\'ll NeedEssential:
- Strong mastic/sealant industry experience (5+ years ideal)
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Basic IT skills (file organisation, email attachments, entering data)
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
Not Required:
- Previous commercial experience
- Advanced computer skills (we\'ll train you)
- Supervisory qualifications
