Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, negotiating and managing the circulation and signing of client engagement letters, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Support the team with financial management including compiling fee estimates, WIP analysis, compiling regular fee updates for clients and liaising with the team’s secretaries and the firm’s Account’s team accordingly;
- Provide administrative support such as document filing, data entry and data room management;
- Assist with deal management including preparation of closing checklists, and compiling and maintaining transaction bibles;
- Maintain and update team materials, databases and tracker schedules for ongoing and completed transactions;
- Assist with the team’s social media and marketing efforts by drafting LinkedIn posts and coordinating content;
- Assist with the preparing and submission of the teams’ directories submissions for legal rankings;
- Assist with client pitches, proposals and RfPs where required;
- Support the team with its innovation strategy and the introduction and trial of new technologies;
- Liaise with the team to support communication and workflow across multiple active matters;
- Conduct light legal research and document review to support fee earners;
- Assisting fee earners in the team with any other ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications
- Law degree or law conversion would be an advantage;
- Previous experience working in a law firm would be an advantage.
